Jireh Wellness is a holistic home for primary care and functional wellness consults located in Kearney, Missouri. We believe in relationships and knowing you by name over your diagnoses. Our care uses a root-cause, evidenced-based approach to optimize health and address disease. We consider it a privilege to partner with you on your journey to optimal health.
The name Jireh (pronounced JYE-reh) is inspired by Jehovah Jireh—the Lord who provides. We believe that Jesus is the ultimate Provider, and none of what we do would be possible without His provision, mercy, and grace. It is our prayer that your experience here at Jireh Wellness leads you to the One who loves you, created you, and who has a perfect plan for you.

Family Nurse Practitioner, Owner

We are so glad you are here! Randol started this practice with a single goal in mind- to be a community resource for fully-informed, accessible, root cause care. After over a decade in conventional healthcare, she has seen first-hand what it costs to ignore looking at the root cause and failing to develop an actual relationship between a provider and a patient.
At Jireh, she wants each individual to feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to live their lives to the absolute fullest. Here we are in the business of thriving over surviving.
When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her outside with the family! They love hiking, gardening, kayaking, biking- anything where they can enjoy good company and good views!
Randol also teaches nursing courses at a local university, as she is passionate about education and helping mold the future generations of care.
